- The Role: We need dedicated Secondary SEN Specialists to provide vital intervention for students with complex learning needs.
- The Students: You will support learners with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) or those in Alternative Provision who require a relationship-first lens to succeed.
- The Approach: You'll have the creative freedom to tailor sessions to each learner's specific interests and strengths-whether that's through visual aids, movement breaks, or interest-led projects.
- The Pay:£22 - £30 per hour (dependant on experience).
