We are seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to join a growing organisation and play a key role in leading financial reporting, strengthening controls, and supporting the ongoing development of the finance function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant who enjoys improving processes, partnering with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic business environment.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining a strong control environment, and supporting wider finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the month-end close process and ensuring the delivery of accurate financial reporting
• Reviewing journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and management information
• Maintaining robust financial controls and identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Supporting external audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Developing and enhancing finance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Partnering with finance and operational stakeholders to provide technical accounting guidance and financial insight
• Supporting finance transformation projects, systems improvements, and process automation initiatives
• Assisting budgeting and forecasting processes through strong financial oversight and reporting

We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will ideally have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
• Experience preparing statutory accounts and supporting external audits
• Excellent balance sheet control and reconciliation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and external advisors
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for enhancing financial processes and controls

• Experience within a multi-site, complex, or growing organisation
• Group consolidation experience
• Exposure to finance transformation projects
• Experience improving reporting, controls, and finance systems
