The closing date is 30 September 2026
Job summary
We're seeking an ambitious and motivated GP to join our clinical leadership team for a minimum of 6 sessions per week.
This is more than a traditional GP role. You'll combine expert patient care with the opportunity to lead services, influence strategy, mentor colleagues, and contribute to improving population health outcomes. Working across clinical and organisational priorities, you'll help shape innovative, high-quality healthcare services that make a real difference to patients and communities.
We're looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, embraces continuous improvement, and is passionate about delivering excellence while inspiring others.
Join us and be part of an organisation committed to quality, inclusivity, accountability, and making healthcare better every day.
Main duties of the job
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced GP who is passionate about leadership, innovation, and improving healthcare delivery. Working as part of our senior clinical team, you'll play a central role in shaping services, supporting workforce development, and driving continuous improvement across the practice.
While maintaining a clinical commitment, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, mentor and develop colleagues, lead quality initiatives, and champion new ways of working that enhance both patient experience and health outcomes.
For a GP looking to extend their impact beyond the consulting room, this role offers the platform to lead, inspire, and help define the future of primary care within our organisation.

With over 20 years of experience, PML has a strong track record of delivering NHS, ICB and Public Health services. Our work is guided by five core values: being Compassionate, Competent, Courteous, Collaborative and Committed. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and those with protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
