Main duties of the job
As Pharmacy Manager you will: Lead, motivate and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. Provide expert advice and support to consultants, clinicians and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines. Ensure the safe management of medicines across the hospital, maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation, professional standards and governance requirements. Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Drive service development initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance clinical quality, efficiency and patient outcomes. Provide visible clinical leadership and contribute to the wider success of the hospital.
