An excellent secondary school in Westminster are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their outstanding team as soon as possible. The school is looking for a resilient, calm and proactive Learning Support Assistant who can provide support both on a 1 to 1 basis and within the classroom for those with SEN. You will work closely with students in Key Stage 3, 4 & 5, helping to support their social development and academic progress. This role will involve working with children who have a range of SEN, offering you the chance to gain valuable and rewarding experience.

Job Description - Learning Support Assistant

  • Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
  • Helping support students across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Monitoring progress and giving feedback to teachers
  • Daily rates between £105 - £120 per day
  • ASAP Starts - Full time


PERSON SPECIFICATION - Learning Support Assistant

  • Previous experience working with children including children with SEN (ASD, ADHD and more)
  • Be able to keep children engaged and motivated
  • Working in a brilliant Secondary School in the borough of Westminster
  • A degree from a reputable University
  • A passion for education
