Description
- Lead and manage housing services to ensure they meet organisational objectives and resident needs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgets and financial performance within the housing department.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders and partners to promote the organisation's housing services.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leadership on housing-related matters.
Profile
A successful Head of Supported Housing should have:
