Aspire People are currently recruiting student teachers who are looking for part-time work in primary schools alongside their studies.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain additional classroom experience, develop your confidence, and build positive relationships with pupils while working around your university or training commitments.
The Role May Include:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
* Assisting with classroom learning and activities
* Supporting phonics, Maths, English, and wider curriculum tasks
* Working with pupils who have SEND or additional learning needs
* Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
* Supporting classroom routines and positive behaviour
* Working closely with class teachers and support staff
* Gaining valuable experience across different year groups
The Ideal Candidate:
* Currently studying for a teaching qualification or education-related degree
* Has some experience working with children or young people
* Is passionate about education and child development
* Patient, reliable, and adaptable
* Confident communicating with pupils and school staff
* Keen to gain practical classroom experience
* Available for part-time work around their studies
