Estate Cleaner

ESTATES CLEANER - DRIVERS LICENSE NEEDED

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
• 35 hours per week

• Temporary position for 8 weeks
• VAN PROVIDED

Based in Croydon

This is a mobile role, working across various sites as part of a team.

• Carrying out general cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Cleaning communal areas, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, showers, and other facilities.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a variety of locations.
• Undertaking manual handling duties where required.
• On occasion, dealing with challenging cleaning tasks, including the removal of human or animal faeces and cleaning areas affected by urine, in accordance with approved procedures and health and safety guidance.

• Previous experience undertaking cleaning duties.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety.
• A reliable, flexible, and positive approach to work.
• The ability to undertake a physically demanding role.
• The ability and willingness to work across multiple locations.
• A strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Applicants must be able to reliably travel to and from the Croydon base each working day.

A driving licence is not required. However, applicants must be able to travel reliably to the base location and between sites as required for the role.

Successful applicants must be willing and able to undertake all aspects of the cleaning role, including cleaning kitchens, toilets, bathrooms and showers, and occasionally dealing with dog waste, human or animal faeces, and areas affected by urine.
