This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing function where you can contribute to process improvements, identify automation opportunities, and help shape ways of working as the programme evolves.

  • Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of remediation workstreams across multiple applications and technologies.
  • Maintain project documentation, action trackers, RAID logs, remediation plans, and status reports.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers, escalating where appropriate.
  • Support application compatibility assessments and remediation planning activities.
  • Work with engineering and operational teams to understand technical dependencies and deployment requirements.
  • Assist Project Managers with governance, reporting, and programme coordination activities.
  • Ensure remediation records, testing evidence, and deployment documentation are maintained accurately.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase operational efficiency.
  • Support change management, release management, and operational readiness activities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience coordinating technology, infrastructure, application, or workstation remediation projects.
  • Good understanding of workstation application lifecycle management, including deployment, upgrades, remediation, retirement, and support.
  • Knowledge of End User Computing (EUC) environments and workstation refresh programmes.
  • Experience supporting application remediation and software compatibility initiatives within Windows environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Experience maintaining project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reporting.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, and remediation activities.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Technical Skills
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell for application discovery, inventory validation, troubleshooting, and remediation support.
  • Experience interpreting script outputs, logs, installer return codes, and deployment results.
  • Familiarity with Windows command-line tools and troubleshooting utilities.
  • Experience supporting software deployment and endpoint management activities.
  • Understanding of application packaging, deployment, and testing processes.
  • Knowledge of software asset management and inventory management practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
  • Endpoint management and device compliance solutions.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Windows upgrade, application rationalisation, or software lifecycle management programmes.
  • ITIL-based service management environments.
  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Experience using Jira for project tracking and workflow management.
What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be a highly organised coordinator who is comfortable working in a technical environment. You will be able to engage with engineering teams, understand remediation activities, and ensure delivery remains on track while maintaining strong governance and reporting standards.

If you have experience supporting application remediation, endpoint technologies, and enterprise workstation programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
