A day in the life: Communal cleaning ensure the communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees, Domestic tasks - dust, polish and vacuum residents bedrooms thoroughly and ensuring use of appropriate warning signs when required, Collaboration - work closely with the home management team to ensure the home meets the standards of hygiene and cleanliness, Companionship- Provide support, communication and engagement to residents.
