• Competitive Earnings & Progression: Starting at £13.45/hr, increasing to £13.67/hr post-engagement, with a clear internal path to £14.15/hr.
• Generous Sleepover Allowance: Earn an additional £107.60 per sleepover shift.

• Local Placements: Roles situated across Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Cowdenbeath, and Cardenden.
• Contract: Full-Time Opportunities (Immediate Fast-Track Start).

• Person-Centered Support: Deliver outcome-based support plans tailored to individuals with varying complexity levels, utilizing 1:1 and 2:1 staffing ratios.
• Keyworker Duties: Lead regular service user reviews, facilitate team meetings, and coordinate holistic care plans.
• Positive Behavior Support: Implement reflective, low-arousal techniques to foster a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
• Digital Care Management: Maintain accurate daily digital records to uphold high care standards.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional care experience strongly preferred (learning disability or autism support background is a major plus).
• Registration: Active SSSC registration (or commitment to achieve registration) and current PVG Scheme membership.
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable using digital systems for daily record-keeping and care planning.
