Independent Review Activities

• Perform a technical assessment of the regulatory framework governing Fee Tariff Data reporting and its application within the Bank.
• Assess the interpretation and implementation of relevant FCA requirements, considering regulatory intent and prevailing industry practices.
• Evaluate the end-to-end reporting process, including methodologies, calculation approaches, data sourcing and key judgements applied.
• Review the supporting control environment, governance oversight, documented procedures and evidential artefacts underpinning the submission process.
• Highlight areas of regulatory, operational or reporting risk, including opportunities to enhance controls, consistency and reporting resilience.
• Deliver practical observations and recommendations to strengthen the overall reporting framework and support effective compliance management.
• Provide SME insight and challenge across key reporting decisions, assumptions and methodologies to support management's assessment of reporting accuracy and completeness.
