Salary: £14.25 - £15.50 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a school setting in Sheffield who are looking to appoint an Admin Assistant. The school is looking for a professional and organised individual who can provide effective administrative support and contribute positively to the day-to-day running of the school office.

The school is looking to take on an Admin Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible. The successful Admin Assistant will be responsible for general administration duties, using school systems such as Arbor or SIMS, handling telephone enquiries and providing effective support to staff, pupils and visitors.

The successful Admin Assistant will have:

• Previous experience working within a school administration environment
• Experience using school systems such as Arbor or SIMS
• Strong IT and administrative skills
• Confidence communicating professionally over the phone
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• A professional and approachable attitude
