Responsibilities:

• To utilise specialist knowledge to address complex payroll scenarios and contribute to the overall efficiency of the payroll function.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve complex payroll issues and provide expert guidance.
• Stay abreast of existing and emerging payroll laws, regulation and taxation legislation to ensure the payroll function is in compliance
• Perform audits and reconciliations to verify accuracy and compliance with payroll processes.
• Provide expert guidance and solutions to complex payroll-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure exceptional customer service in all interactions with employees and customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the leadership, the payroll team, and relevant departments to implement enhancements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
