Salary: £39,000–£45,000 per year

Location: Bristol

Working arrangement: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in the office

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract

Via is partnering with a leading international retail business looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment from its corporate head office.

You'll work closely with hiring managers, lead direct sourcing and help introduce innovative recruitment processes, including AI-powered tools.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles and seniority levels
• Proactively source, attract and engage candidates
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency

• Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience
• Strong 360 recruitment and direct sourcing experience
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills
• Proactive, organised and confident working independently
• Interest in recruitment technology and AI tools

Experience using AI within recruitment would be advantageous.
