Main duties of the job
As a Bank Nurse, you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work shifts that fit around your lifestyle, whether you're looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a job that offers more control over your working hours. After completing a paid three-week induction, you'll have access to shifts at Bere Clinic, as well as the option to work shifts at Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst. The service operates 24/7 with standard 12.5-hour shifts, and you'll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose your shifts. The role emphasizes the importance of good teamwork, supporting colleagues, and ensuring care delivery meets high standards.

What you will be doing:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

12 bed CAMHS service to support young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. With an onsite school providing educational services while the young people are in our care and full multidisciplinary team, it’s a great opportunity to be part of something new and help shape its future.

Middlewood Clinic provide care and treatment for men and women who have an eating disorder including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and atypical eating disorders. Our approach will be to restore a healthy body weight and address psychological problems during treatment.
The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at Middlewood Clinic will be made up of the Registered Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Healthcare Workers, Psychologist, Dietician, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker.
The hospital will have 12 comfortable ensuite bedrooms and a variety of communal and recreational spaces including lounge areas, a light and airy dining room, activities room, visitors room, therapy rooms, therapy kitchen area and a lovely cottage style garden.
