  • Provide encouragement and support to develop confidence and independence.

  • Monitor progress and adapt lessons to the student's individual needs.

  • Recognise when the student may need additional time or rest and pace sessions accordingly.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong subject knowledge in A-Level Art, Politics and Psychology.

  • Ideally, the ability to teach all three subjects.

  • Experience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs.

  • Understanding of literacy difficulties, working memory and concentration challenges.

  • Ability to adapt teaching approaches and provide differentiated learning.

  • Patient, encouraging and understanding approach.

  • Experience delivering one-to-one tuition at post-16 or A-Level standard.

What We Offer
  • Competitive rates of pay, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Consistent 15 hours of tuition per week.

  • An ongoing one-to-one placement.

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to a young person's education.

  • The chance to support a student in achieving their A-Level goals through personalised teaching.
