As a Credit Controller in Farnborough, you will manage credit control activity within the Aviation sector, helping the credit control department keep customer payments on track. You will handle day-to-day account follow-up and maintain clear records to support accurate financial information.

Description

• Monitor customer accounts and identify overdue balances for prompt follow-up.
• Contact customers to request payment and resolve straightforward account queries.
• Maintain accurate records of payment discussions, account updates and agreed actions.
• Review outstanding balances regularly to help keep account information current.
• Work with colleagues in Accounting & Finance to clarify customer account details.
• Prepare clear updates on outstanding balances and payment activity.
• Follow agreed credit control processes to support consistent account management.

Profile

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

• Experience of credit control and following up overdue customer balances.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer account records.
• Confidence handling payment queries in a clear and professional way.
• Good attention to detail when reviewing account information.

Job Offer

A salary of up to £35,000 and hybrid working.
