Job description
Job responsibilities
You will be part of a wider administrative team, supporting clinicians and managers within the CFYP LDCAMHS mental health service. You will respond to the needs of the locality business support service to ensure the locality can meet the requirements of the organisation.
The role incorporates elements of a Management Support Administrator and a Clinical Team Administrator, so the workload is very varied and provides opportunities to develop a myriad of skills.
You will contribute to effective communication, liaising with internal and external parties on behalf of the team; deal with correspondence, prioritising and coordinating as necessary to meet deadlines. Cover Reception, type letters, arrange appointments, complete data reports and spreadsheets, place orders for stationary, recording supervisions and sickness absence on the Trusts ESR database, and support with buildings checks as requested by the Business Support Manager. Record information on patient electronic systems as needed and any other general office duties.
Please note that this role does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a skilled worker visa. The Trust will not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship, so any successfully appointed candidate will need to maintain their own independent right to work for the duration of their role. If you require sponsorship and apply for this role, regrettably, your application will be withdrawn.
