Main duties of the job

In this role, as a Support Worker, you'll assist multiple individuals with learning disabilities, helping them thrive and live independently. Your duties include providing person-centred support and personal care, encouraging activities, supporting communication, and maintaining care plans and records. You'll promote independence and well-being, making a lasting difference in lives. We offer up to £12.90 per hour, a refer-a-friend bonus, training, career development, and more.
