Job Opportunity: Qualified Teaching Assistant - Tipton

We are currently looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within a school setting based in Tipton.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of working within a classroom environment and be confident supporting pupils with their learning, development and everyday classroom activities.

Requirements:

• Must hold a relevant Teaching Assistant or recognised education-based qualification.
• Previous experience working within a school setting.
• Good understanding of classroom routines and teaching and learning practices.
• Confident supporting pupils individually and within small groups.
• Good behaviour management and communication skills.
• A positive, patient and professional attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

Pay: Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience and qualifications.
