10 Recruitment are looking for a Production Operative to join a busy, friendly manufacturing business in Wakefield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, likes being part of a team and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!

Our client is a smaller manufacturing business with around 35 employees, so they're looking for someone who is happy to be flexible and lend a hand wherever needed.

The role is predominantly focused on packing and preparing finished products for despatch, alongside some straightforward production and finishing work.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Packing finished products ready for despatch.
• Carrying out basic production line and product finishing tasks.
• Preparing goods and orders for despatch.
• Using a computer to print labels and complete basic tasks.
• Helping out in other areas of production when needed.
• Working as part of a team to keep things running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, hardworking and ready to get stuck in.
• Positive, flexible and willing to help wherever needed.
• Comfortable carrying out practical, repetitive tasks.
• Able to use a computer for basic tasks such as printing labels.
• Happy working as part of a small team.
• Keen to learn and take on different responsibilities.

Previous production, packing or manufacturing experience would be useful, but a great work ethic and a genuine can-do attitude are what really matter!

You don't need to be a computer whizz, just comfortable with the basics!
