Compliance Director (PCF12) | Dublin | €76ph outside IR35

An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance professional to join a leading global financial services organisation as Compliance Director (PCF12).

In this role, you'll lead the Compliance Function for the Dublin branch, provide regulatory guidance to senior stakeholders, engage directly with the Central Bank of Ireland, oversee compliance monitoring and testing activities, and support legal entity governance and risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Dublin Compliance Function
• Act as the primary compliance contact for regulators
• Provide advice to senior management on regulatory matters
• Oversee compliance monitoring, testing and reporting
• Support governance committees and legal entity management
• Act as Data Protection Lead for the branch
• Partner with Risk and Financial Crime teams to enhance the control environment

About You

• Strong Compliance background within financial services
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks and governance structures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous exposure to banking, investment services, custody, asset servicing or capital markets environments preferred

€76 per hour / €570/day
9 month day-rate contract (Ltd Co contract)
