Complete Classroom Services is looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Practitioners to support early years settings in Dunstable. With both ad hoc and long-term opportunities available, this is an excellent chance to find a role that suits your availability and career goals.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about early childhood development and dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating and supportive environment where young children can learn, grow and flourish.

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Help create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Encourage children's communication, social skills, confidence and independence.
• Assist with planning and delivering activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure children's individual needs are met and their progress is supported.

• Must hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant childcare or early years course.
• Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Understand the importance of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Demonstrate patience, creativity and excellent communication skills.
• Be reliable, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Pay of up to £110 per day PAYE.
• Umbrella payment option available.
• Flexible ad hoc assignments and longer-term placements.
