As a HR Advisor in Lewes, you will handle a broad range of Human Resources work that helps colleagues and managers deal with people matters clearly and fairly. You will keep day-to-day people processes moving and provide practical advice across the organisation.

Description

• Provide clear, practical advice to managers and colleagues on day-to-day people matters.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, helping to keep records accurate and actions on track.
• Support recruitment administration and onboarding activity to help new starters join smoothly.
• Maintain accurate employee information and documentation in line with internal processes.
• Respond to People queries in a timely way, giving straightforward guidance and next steps.
• Work with managers to resolve routine employee relations matters fairly and consistently.
• Help deliver Human Resources projects and process improvements across the organisation.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the Lewes site.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Experience of providing practical Human Resources advice to managers and employees.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience of handling employee records and confidential documentation carefully.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and keep actions organised.
• Experience of responding to employee relations queries in a clear and fair way.
• Confidence using HR systems and maintaining accurate information.

Job Offer

• Contract HR Advisor position.
• Salary of £32-35,000 dependent on the level of experience.
• Based in Lewes.
