Finance Administrator

Your new company
Our client is recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with some flexibility offered on start and finish times. The offices are based in Inverclyde and the organisation offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The offices can be easily accessed by public transport and there is also on-site parking. The role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract, initially.

Your new role
You will join the finance team and support the accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable. This varied role will include:

• Processing invoices and expenses
• Completing reconciliations and cost analysis
• Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues
• Handling supplier queries and managing shared mailboxes
• Supporting process improvements and project work

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have experience in a finance administration/invoicing role. You will be an IT-literate candidate who is comfortable working across a range of systems and picking up new packages quickly. You will have excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers.
