We are recruiting for Day-to-Day and Long-term Supply Teachers in Walsall.

I am currently recruiting for Teachers who are looking for day-to-day work in and around Wednesbury. We are currently being inundated with supply work and can find you work whether you are free one day a week or 5.

The Black Country team at Aspire work with many primary schools and we are always eager to grow with teachers who are, passionate, innovative and enthusiastic.

Supply work is a great way to staying in the classroom without the extra responsibilities if you are unable to take on a full-time teaching role.

Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support and assistance to all children.
* Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities to meet the student's unique needs.
* Support the student's academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where the student can thrive.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the student's learning style and abilities.
* Assist with the assessment of the student's progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher and parents.
* Foster positive relationships with the student and establish clear communication channels with the school and parents.
* Uphold the school's values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
* Hold a QTS or PGCE (ECTs are welcome.)
* Have current knowledge of the curriculum
* Have recent experience with the age range you want to work with
* Have the ability to think of your feet
* Have a passion for teaching children
