• Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure they are recorded in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to relevant purchase information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date supplier account records.
• Respond to supplier queries and provide helpful updates on invoice status.
• Prepare payment information for review, helping to keep payment cycles organised.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate differences where needed.
• Support the accounting team with routine accounts payable administration.
• Keep financial documentation well organised and easy to retrieve.

Profile

A successful 'Accounts Payable Assistant' should have:

Job Offer
