Domiciliary Care Manager

Bright Selection is recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to join an established homecare provider, initially leading its Godalming branch.

The Role:

You will provide leadership and stability during periods of management cover, change or transition, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of one branch at a time.

Your initial assignment will be in Godalming, with the possibility of supporting another branch within a reasonable travelling distance during the contract.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, support and develop the branch team.
• Oversee safe, person-centred care across visiting, respite and live-in services.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive improvements in care quality.
• Build relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and local referral partners.
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for service growth.
• Work closely with central support teams to maintain service performance.
• Ensure effective handovers and continuity when moving between assignments.

Requirements:

• Management background within domiciliary care or a similar regulated care setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve service performance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Commercial awareness, including budget and KPI management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different teams and operational needs.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Previous domiciliary care registration and a Level 5 leadership qualification are desirable.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £45,000 per annum doe.
• Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Autonomy to lead your branch, supported by dedicated operations, quality, recruitment, HR, marketing and finance teams.
