Export Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy Export Customer Service team supporting customers across the globe.

• Manage customer orders and export shipments ensuring all required documentation is prepared accurately and on time.
• Provide exceptional support to customers and the Export Sales team, handling shipping queries, export documentation, hazardous goods paperwork, and administrative requests.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export controls, and company policies, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Carry out Third Party Management (TPM) activities and customer due diligence checks in line with current regulations.
• Track shipment deadlines and proactively resolve any issues that may impact delivery or customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional solutions to complex shipping-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and shipping documentation.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost savings.
