Or a newly qualified nurse looking to take your first steps into residential services? Come and join the Agincare family as a Registered Nurse! We are currently seeking 1 x 24 hour contract and 1 x bank contract. This role will require you to work a mixture of day and night shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for motivating, mentoring, and developing a team of care staff to ensure that the residents' clinical needs are attended to. You will be organized and ready to adapt to challenges, possessing the expertise needed to provide professional, safe, and high-quality care and support. Responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care in accordance with their individual care plans, liaising with care home management, family members, social workers, and medical professionals, administering and recording medication safely, monitoring resident nutrition and hydration, and participating in resident activities.

- Participating in, and promoting resident activities.
