Main duties of the job
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Fulford Care Home as a Domestic Care Assistant. Your main role will be to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. This position does not involve direct care but plays a crucial part in creating a comfortable home. As a Domestic Care Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping communal areas and residents' rooms clean and pleasant. You will be encouraged to engage positively with residents through small acts of kindness and support. The role offers a salary of £12.72 per hour, with potential career development opportunities and fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5. Benefits like a Blue Light Card, company pension scheme, and a refer-a-friend scheme are also provided. Applicants should have a valid right to work in the UK for at least 12 months, possess a positive attitude, and be available to work on alternate weekends.
