Job summary

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Charitable Funds and Treasury Accounting Officer to join our Finance team.

Our award-winning Finance team are passionate about improving NHS Finance to support the delivery of quality services for patients. We were the first Finance function in the East Midlands to reach Future Focused Finance (FFF) Level 3 Accreditation.

As the Charitable Funds and Treasury Accounting Officer, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality support to the Treasury Accounting Manager in the administration of Charitable Funds and Voluntary Services, as well as supporting the raising and management of Trust invoices. • Good numerical and verbal skills
• Good analytical skills

Desirable

• Experience of using accounting and spreadsheet packages

Qualifications

• Good secondary education. ECDL level or working to achieve this
• NVQ level 3 /AAT Intermediate level

Desirable

• Willing to study for a relevant qualification

Further Training

• Willing to undertake training as applicable in respect of IT training needs, statutory regulations and department processes

Experience

• Previous experience of working in an office environment
