Job summary
We are excited to have an opportunity for a new Recruitment Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.
The Recruitment Team provide support across the Trust with the end-to-end recruitment of all posts including bank, helping to get the correct candidate in post to help our services deliver the highest standard of care.
The role is hybrid working and the successful candidate will be required to come in to the office every day for their first month for training , then moving to a 3 days a week in office rota.
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 30th September (Afternoon) and will be face to face.
Main duties of the job
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in providing an effective, reliable and responsive recruitment advisory and administration service, which will include managing recruitment activities and providing advice and guidance to applicants and recruiting managers.
The successful candidate will also support the Trust's wider HR compliance agenda, undertaking a range of administrative responsibilities including the processing of DBS renewals.This role offers a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is looking for variety, responsibility, people contact and a degree of autonomy.
