*INTERNAL MPFT APPLICATIONS ONLY*

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. If it is identified that you require sponsorship to undertake this role your application may be withdrawn Digital and Project Support Officer (Band 3) within the Families Health & Wellbeing Service (0-19), providing administrative, digital, and project support to ensure the effective delivery of service improvement initiatives, projects, service specific training and day-to-day operational activities. The post acts as a key contact for project enquiries, supports communications and digital platforms, and assists with financial and administrative processes.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide administrative and digital support to the 0-19 Service.
  • Support delivery of 0-19 projects and service improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for project-related enquiries.
  • Manage service social media accounts and website content.
  • Create project case studies, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Organise and support meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Support ordering, invoices, and budget-related administration.
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, venues, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain project records, plans, risk information, and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, Specialist SharePoint site and service communications.
