The ideal candidate

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Literature, or Linguistics, with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Has experience teaching the American curriculum (or similar international frameworks); familiarity with UAE Ministry subjects is an advantage
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
• Is passionate about fostering language proficiency, critical thinking, and a love of reading and writing in secondary students
• Brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and commitment to contributing positively to a collaborative, multicultural school environment
• Available to start immediately with the required documentation
