I'm recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Support role within the education sector in Nuneaton on a short-term contract with an immediate start.
Rate: £17.00 - £20.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Previous IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365
- Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems
- Active Directory experience desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Education sector experience preferred
- Valid DBS required
