Rate: £38 per hour

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join a Support & Intervention Team in Warwickshire.

The successful candidate will work with children and families to assess needs, manage risk and provide effective social work interventions, helping to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children and families.
• Complete assessments and develop appropriate plans and interventions.
• Identify and manage risk, ensuring children are safeguarded.
• Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies.
• Maintain accurate case records and complete statutory documentation.
• Participate in meetings, reviews and multi-agency working.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Previous experience within children’s social care.
• Experience managing a children and families caseload.
• Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
