Job summary

Build something. Lead something. Make a difference.

Local Health Partners (LHP) is a new health and wellbeing business backed by Patient Care Locally CIC, and we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded healthcare leader to become our Head of Local Health Partners.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a business from the ground up. You will lead the development of LHPs strategy, services, partnerships, commercial growth and operations, with the freedom to identify opportunities, build relationships and turn ideas into reality.

LHPs ambition is to become the East Midlands trusted provider of accessible, high-quality self-pay health and wellbeing services. From diagnostics and health assessments to wellbeing, rehabilitation, occupational health and digital solutions, you will help determine what we offer and how we grow.

You will have the backing of an established healthcare organisation, while working in the entrepreneurial environment of a start-up. Youll bring together commercial thinking, strong governance and a commitment to quality healthcare, building a sustainable organisation that not only grows but also supports PCLs wider community purpose.

If you are a senior healthcare leader who enjoys building, influencing and delivering results, and you want the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one, this could be your next big challenge.
