ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring that a high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents. You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining the best interest in all areas of the resident's wellbeing. Other responsibilities will include: Co-ordinating the resident assessment process, ensuring that the planned care is accurate and reflected in each individual care plan.
Main duties of the job

The responsibilities include coordinating the resident assessment process to ensure accuracy and reflection in each care plan, guiding and developing team members, managing equipment storage and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with medication management, and conducting quality care spot checks.
