The Estates Department is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Multi-Skilled Operative (Building) to join our dynamic team at West London NHS Trust.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the trust's estate is compliant, safe, and fit for purpose. You will play a crucial role in making sure that our buildings and infrastructure meet the Trust's current and future clinical and operational needs.
Main duties of the job
- Repair and maintenance of the Hospital's infrastructure and building fabric, fixtures and fittings.
- Carrying out reactive maintenance, routine planned maintenance and new work activities to building fabrics, fixtures and fittings, and related building works.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Trust standards, policies and procedures.
- Using post holder's specific trade skills and knowledge, install, repair and maintain the Hospitals' building fabric, fixtures and fittings, finishes and decorations.

A Recruitment & Retention Premia (RRP) payment of £4,700 gross per annum pro rata applies to this position in addition to annual salary, subject to review every financial year.
