We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Senior Administrator to join our friendly team based at our Lescaze offices site. This pivotal role provides essential administrative and customer facing support to our pathways, helping to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional running of the service each day.

You will work closely with your business support colleagues, frontline clinicians, and managers delivering collaborative, accurate, and reliable secretarial and administrative support across the team.

This is a permanent position working 18.75 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Diary management

Use of electronic systems

Preparation of electronic and paper files

Producing letters and reports

Assisting with reporting and compilation of data

Processing of incoming correspondence

Providing excellent customer service by responding to face to face and telephone queries in a timely and accurate way

Support to clinical team members

General administrative tasks
