Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice. Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care as well as working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team and driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
Main duties of the job
A Prescribing Pharmacist at Park Surgery in Horsham working with Operose Health is responsible for prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, and providing management of minor illnesses and long-term condition advice. The job requires delivering safe and clinical decisions and expert care, while collaborating with all team members of a multi-professional team. The role aims to drive innovation, modernisation, and achieve high levels of staff and patient satisfaction. The position offers a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience, with 37.5 working hours from Monday to Friday, 9-5. Staff benefits include 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata and support for gaining an independent prescribing qualification.

- Previous general practice experience is desirable.
