Main duties of the job
Join the Agincare family as a Care Team Leader at Fulford care home. In this role, your leadership, compassion, and experience will shape a supportive home for residents and team. We offer £14.36 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, career development, Blue Light discount, pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Applicants should have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months, 2 years of social care experience, and a QCF Level 2 qualification or above. The position requires 48-hour night shifts and weekend availability for maternity cover. You will lead by example, provide high-quality care, encourage independence, plan activities, oversee medication, and support the team. The role is based at Fulford Care & Nursing Home, East St, Littlehampton.
