Location: Hillingdon
Rate: £39 per hour

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join a Family Help Team in Hillingdon.
The successful candidate will work with children and families to assess needs, manage risk and provide effective interventions to improve outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children and families.
• Complete assessments and develop appropriate support plans.
• Undertake statutory visits and reviews.
• Identify and manage risk, ensuring children are safeguarded.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and partner agencies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Previous experience within children’s social care.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Strong assessment, safeguarding and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
