An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced wellbeing, organisational development or HR professional to join a respected public sector organisation and play a key role in shaping the future of employee wellbeing.
This newly created position will lead a review of existing wellbeing provision and develop a modern, evidence-based approach to supporting workforce wellbeing. Working closely with leaders and employees across the organisation, you will help drive positive cultural change, enhance employee experience and support the development of a psychologically safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate current wellbeing support and initiatives.
- Design and implement wellbeing strategies aligned to organisational priorities.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Advise managers and leaders on wellbeing best practice.
- Deliver wellbeing awareness activities and engagement initiatives.
- Support positive culture, inclusion and employee wellbeing outcomes.
- Develop recommendations to strengthen organisational wellbeing provision.
