Description
- Manage and oversee the PMO function for finance-related technology programmes.
- Ensure project governance, standards, and methodologies are followed.
- Track and report on project performance against objectives and budgets.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on course.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning across the portfolio.
- Maintain documentation, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams as needed.
Profile
A successful Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager should have:
- Experience in managing PMO functions within the technology or finance domain.
- Strong understanding of project governance and methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and tracking project performance.
- The ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Familiarity with resource allocation and capacity planning processes.
Job Offer
- Salary dependent on the level of experience, ranging from £60,000 to £70,000.
- Hybrid Working arrangements.
- 12-month FTC.
