The ideal candidate

• Relevant teaching qualifications (Masters degree is preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in British or international schools, with a track record of driving academic excellence and school improvement
• Strong knowledge of the British Curriculum , combined with the ability to adapt to diverse, multicultural contexts
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , able to build trust with staff, students, parents, and the wider community
