Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy working with younger children and are passionate about helping pupils develop their communication, confidence and independence during the early stages of their education.
The Role:
* Supporting children across Nursery and Reception
* Assisting with play-based learning and classroom activities
* Supporting early phonics, communication and numeracy development
* Helping children develop social skills and independence
* Supporting children during transitions and daily routines
* Creating a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with children in an EYFS or primary setting
* Strong understanding of early childhood development
* Patient, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
* Confident supporting learning through play
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable and adaptable
