ABOUT THE ROLE 25 hours per week As a Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that enable us to give our residents the quality care and support they deserve. The role of Maintenance Assistant offers plenty of variety as you'll undertake a range of tasks to make sure our building and grounds are at their best all day, every day. ABOUT YOU You'll need some experience of property maintenance to join us as a Maintenance Assistant. We'll also want to see a patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in our residents. As well as that, you should be reliable and ready to turn your hand to a range of tasks all focused on keeping the home maintained to the highest standards. Main duties of the job
As a Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will contribute to creating a safe and attractive environment for our residents, ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This role provides plenty of variety as you will engage in various tasks to maintain our building and grounds to the highest standards every day. You will need some experience in property maintenance and showcase a patient, caring nature with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our residents. Reliability and versatility are essential as you will be tasked with maintaining the home at its best.
